Tonight is the 2021 National Music Awards and Olivia Rodrigo's AMA debut. The "sour" singer is about to enter the night with seven nominations. Judging from her red carpet look, she is dressed to win. With the help of a gorgeous team of hair stylist Clayton Hawkins, makeup artist Molly Greenwald and nail artist Britney Boyce, Rodrigo’s super long mermaid waves and eyebrows look from head to toe They were all great, but we couldn't help but notice an extra interesting detail hidden on her nails.

Boyce created a negative space nail design on all 10 Rodrigo fingers. Each nail has a different abstract shape, black nail polish. (Of course, it's not just any nail polish-it comes from Machine Gun Kelly's upcoming nail polish brand UN/DN LAQR.)

"She wants something elegant and cool," Boyce told POPSUGAR. "This design is very versatile and wearable. It goes well with everything, and although it's different, it still stays in touch with today's hottest nail art trends."
